




JOB MISSION Carry out medium-complexity purchasing processes, ensuring the proper supply of materials, services, and inputs with focus on quality, cost, delivery time, and excellence in supplier relationships. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Participate in purchase planning by analyzing requests, needs, and forecasted demands. * Manage and maintain ongoing supplier relationships, monitoring performance, deadlines, and compliance. * Negotiate prices, delivery times, and commercial terms, seeking optimization opportunities and cost reductions. * Prepare and analyze technical and financial comparisons to support purchasing decisions. * Issue purchase orders and monitor the entire cycle through final delivery, ensuring compliance with agreed conditions. * Monitor deliveries, acting to prevent and correct risks of delays. * Control the budget of their area and report deviations. * Develop and monitor purchasing indicators, proposing process improvements. REQUIREMENTS * Experience in purchasing materials, services, or logistics, including negotiation and supplier management, is a plus; * Completed higher education in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, International Trade, or related fields; * Advanced Excel skills (desirable); * ERP experience (mandatory).
