




Job Summary: A professional responsible for creating, writing, and revising content focused on online and offline campaigns, advertising and marketing materials, with emphasis on concept development and communication alignment. Key Highlights: 1. Creation and revision of content for online, offline, and internal campaigns. 2. Writing copy for digital marketing, print materials, and various media. 3. Proofreading and alignment with the brand’s communication line. Description: Summary of Responsibilities Produce, write, and revise content with a focus on concept development for online, offline, and internal campaigns of Grupo Ábaco and their derivatives; write and revise advertising pieces, presentations, books, and all types of textual materials requested by departments; Detailed Responsibilities Write and create content for online, offline, and internal campaigns of Grupo Ábaco (key visuals and their derivatives, brand manifestos, and concept defenses); Create textual content for all types of marketing actions and materials; Write email marketing messages, newsletters, banners, digital and printed cards, posters, invitations, etc.; Write creative copy for online and offline media; Create content for e-books, digital and printed magazines; Write copy and provide guidance for visual development of presentations (after receiving a complete briefing and necessary details); Develop content and information hierarchy for landing pages; Write copy and general guidance for social media; Write copy and general guidance for social media; Write radio spots and other voice-over scripts; Write video scripts (lettering text, voice-over text, direction notes, etc.); Proofread all text formats requested by Grupo Ábaco departments, via marketing analysts and/or marketing manager; Provide general guidance for layout, graphic design, and typography development; Perform orthographic and communication-line proofreading on all materials produced by the Marketing team, considering the specific audience previously defined by material owners; Education/Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Communications (Advertising and Public Relations, Journalism, or related fields); Additional Qualifications Creative, communicative, proactive, critically minded, and consistently attentive to emerging content and marketing trends; Strong interpersonal skills, ability to understand deadlines and schedules; Flawless command of written Portuguese, with strong concentration and attention to detail; Knowledge of SEO-focused content techniques; Intermediate English proficiency for understanding references and general translations; Basic understanding of design coherence for providing general guidance on marketing materials; Familiarity with WordPress and other CMSs (Content Management Systems); Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and PowerPoint) and Google Drive tools; Benefits: * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance or fuel card; * Unimed Health Plan (available after 3 months of probation).
