Job Summary: This professional will perform repairs, implement preventive maintenance, conduct inspections, prepare technical reports, and carry out services across various systems. Key Highlights: 1. Perform repairs on equipment and facilities. 2. Implement preventive maintenance routines. 3. Conduct periodic inspections of machines and facilities. **Responsibilities:** * Perform repairs on equipment and facilities, resolving failures and minimizing disruptions; * Implement preventive maintenance routines to ensure durability and proper operation of machines and systems; * Conduct periodic inspections of machines and facilities, identifying wear, damage, or repair needs; * Prepare technical reports with diagnoses and recommendations for improvements; * Analyze projects, schematics, and technical diagrams to guide precise and compliant service execution; * Carry out services on electrical, hydraulic, masonry, painting, and carpentry systems, including installation, repair, and component replacement; * Perform tasks such as light bulb replacement, outlet repair, faucet repair, and furniture assembly. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Electrician training course with minimum duration of 160 hours; * Availability to work flexible hours; * Prior experience in building maintenance. **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including multiple advantages that promote the well-being and satisfaction of our employees.
