**Procurement and Inventory Responsibilities:**
• Responsible for inventory management;
• Responsible for goods receipt, inspection, and invoice entry into the system;
• Conduct price quotations with suppliers;
• Conduct freight quotation based on regions;
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers;
• Analyze procurement performance and identify cost reduction opportunities;
• Continuously seek improved products and services;
• Process product returns when necessary;
• Procure cleaning supplies, office supplies, and any other materials required by company departments;
• Keep company, product, service, and supplier data up to date;
• Issue purchase orders and monitor payment status;
• Stay updated on industry trends;
• Store, pick, and deliver products;
• Label and package products;
• Monitor product lifecycle closely;
• Balance procurement activities;
• Conduct periodic inventory counts to verify alignment between system-recorded quantities and physical stock;
• Maintain updated inventory control by periodically verifying quantities to sustain minimum stock levels;
• Develop strategies for improved product organization and storage within the warehouse;
• Negotiate payment terms and methods with suppliers, as well as delivery timelines;
• Structure product flow reports for the finance department.
**E-commerce Responsibilities:**
• Assist in analyzing e-commerce operations with clients, covering all business processes (logistics, payments, fraud prevention, etc.);
• Register, publish, modify, and remove products on the online store;
• Manage website orders, perform registrations, and integrate with internal departments (billing, logistics, customer service);
• Develop virtual commerce strategies, ensuring seamless customer interface and managing online campaigns and advertisements;
• Manage the e-commerce platform, monitor order flow across the company, inventory, logistics, and registration;
• Control site promotions and pricing;
• Analyze and manage merchandise inventory levels, assess adjustment or transfer needs, and prepare inventory quantity and value tracking spreadsheets;
• Deliver products when necessary;
• Perform related duties to ensure optimal departmental and organizational performance.

Requirements:
• Experience in procurement, inventory, and/or e-commerce
• Driver's license AB
Preferred Qualifications:
• Degree in Logistics
• Driver's license C and/or D
Salary Range: R$ 3.000,00 to R$ 4.000,00 + bonus
