Apply now and keep your profile updated. \#ProudToBeClamed \#PeopleWhoCareForPeople **Responsibilities and Duties** * Substitutes pharmacists at branches during vacations, days off, or leave—including in other cities—as requested; * Receives medical prescriptions and dispenses medications, instructing customers on correct usage; * Completes customer service by processing payment for products/medications; * Manages inventory control and dispensing of controlled substances, based on medical prescriptions; * Authorizes product discounts for customers; * Resolves occasional issues related to health insurance plans, credit cards, fiscal cancellations, sales returns, and other store operations; * Manages staff, monitoring work schedules and delegating tasks; * Assists in implementing and maintaining the 5S program at the branch, ensuring compliance; * Conducts cash register counts, reconciling system values with physical cash to prevent discrepancies; * Completes temperature control logs for the store, refrigerator, and psychotropic drugs room, ensuring temperatures comply with sanitary surveillance regulations; * Verifies batch numbers for psychotropic and antibiotic medications, confirming correspondence between physical product batches, system records, and distributor invoices—and requests batch correction letters when necessary; * Prepares reports of incoming invoices for psychotropic and antibiotic medications; * Cross-checks prescription reports to verify that dispensed medications align with prescribed medical instructions, then submits files to the National System for Controlled Products Management (SNGPC); * Conducts weekly stock balances for psychotropic and antibiotic medications, printing reports from the Back-Office System and verifying stock alignment with reports; * Performs monthly reconciliation of stock balances, identifying potential inventory discrepancies for medications and products; * Adjusts discrepancies in order receipts via the system, as needed; * Administers injectables when assigned to Drogaria Catarinense; * Performs ear-piercing procedures when assigned to Drogaria Catarinense, using appropriate instruments such as piercing guns. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy; * Full availability to work flexible hours; * Active Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF) registration. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** **Transportation Voucher** \- A benefit designed to facilitate employees’ commute to their workplace; **Meal Voucher / Food Allowance of BRL 500.00** \- A monthly allowance provided to employees to assist with food expenses, ensuring adequate and balanced meals during working hours; **Viva + Care** \- An online platform connecting users with healthcare professionals (general practitioners, psychologists, nutritionists, physical educators, and nurses).
