Job Summary: The professional will prospect and manage a Retail customer portfolio, focus on delighting, monetizing, and retaining customers, as well as recovering and shielding customers, and participating in training sessions. Key Highlights: 1. Prospecting new customers and conducting daily visits 2. Managing the Retail customer portfolio 3. Focus on delighting, monetizing, and retaining customers · Prospecting new customers (PAP), with daily visits to customers (average of 15 visits per day) \- 100% of mobility expenses covered by Cielo · Target: 4 new customers per week, averaging R$ 25k/month in revenue. · Managing a Retail customer portfolio comprising 120 to 150 active **seats**. · Delighting, monetizing, and retaining customers: performing **post-sales** activities and periodic visits, while remaining attentive to opportunities. · Recovering and shielding customers to ensure portfolio profitability, maintaining 100% of customers and recovering those who use Cielo as a backup. · Participating in training sessions and staying updated on products, processes, and services. This position offers a fixed salary of R$ 2\.407,00 \+ R$ 9\.200,00 (variable compensation, up to R$ 9\.200,00, contingent upon achieving targets); CLT position with direct hiring by Cielo (not a third-party company); Cielo covers all transportation expenses (you may use your own vehicle, motorcycle, public transport, or UBER—subject to prior agreement with your manager depending on the visit location).
