Job Summary: Provide technical supervision for construction projects, ensuring execution in accordance with design plans, schedules, and regulations, while delivering operational support to HR and Finance departments. Monitoring of occupational safety regulations Perform technical supervision of construction projects, ensuring execution in accordance with design plans, schedules, budgets, and technical standards, as well as providing operational support to the Human Resources and Finance departments regarding project-related activities. **Responsibilities – Construction Supervision** * Monitor on-site execution of works, ensuring compliance with design plans, schedules, and technical specifications. * Conduct measurements of completed work for payment purposes and internal control. * Prepare technical progress reports (daily construction logs). * Support physical\-financial schedule control. * Assist in design coordination and resolution of potential technical inconsistencies. * Monitor compliance with occupational safety regulations jointly with the Occupational Health and Safety department. * Manage and request materials according to project needs. * Accompany technical visits and inspections. **Responsibilities – HR Support** * Assist in monitoring attendance records of construction site personnel. * Submit monthly reports to HR (hires, terminations, absences, overtime, leaves of absence). * Support management and distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE), collecting signatures and organizing records. * Assist in organizing mandatory training sessions and onboarding of new employees. **Details** * Salary: R$3\.072,00 \- R$4\.000,00 * On-site meals; * Transportation allowance or fuel reimbursement. * Working hours: Monday to Friday 07:00 \- 17:00; Friday 07:00 \- 16:00\. * Valid driver's license required. * Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or related field. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Department:** Engineering
