Job Summary: Support technical supervision of construction projects, ensuring execution in accordance with designs, deadlines, and regulations, and provide operational support to HR and Finance departments. Assistance in design coordination and resolution of inconsistencies Perform technical supervision of construction projects, ensuring execution in accordance with designs, deadlines, costs, and technical standards, as well as providing operational support to the Human Resources and Finance departments regarding construction-related activities. **Responsibilities – Construction Supervision** * Monitor on-site service execution, ensuring compliance with designs, schedules, and technical specifications. * Conduct measurements of completed services for payment and internal control purposes. * Prepare technical progress reports (daily construction logs). * Support physical\-financial schedule control. * Assist in design coordination and resolution of potential technical inconsistencies. * Supervise compliance with occupational safety regulations jointly with the Occupational Health and Safety department. * Control and request materials according to construction needs. * Monitor technical visits and inspections. **Responsibilities – HR Support** * Support timekeeping record management for construction personnel. * Submit monthly information to HR (hires, terminations, absences, overtime, leaves of absence). * Support management and distribution of PPEs, collecting signatures and organizing records. * Assist in organizing mandatory training sessions and onboarding of new employees. **Details** * Salary R$3\.072,00 \- R$4\.000,00 * On-site meals; * Transportation allowance or fuel allowance. * Working hours: Mon\-Fri 07:00\-17:00, Fri 07:00\-16:00\. * Valid driver's license required * Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or related field. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Department:** Engineering
