RESPONSIBILITIES Issue billing electronic invoices (NF-e) according to orders and contracts; Issue shipping, return, return-to-sender, and transfer invoices; Correctly classify transactions based on CFOP, CST, and transaction nature; Review and validate tax and fiscal data prior to invoice issuance; Manage and negotiate freight terms; Maintain direct contact with carriers and logistics operators; Monitor delivery deadlines and ensure proper dispatch flow; Support resolution of fiscal and logistics discrepancies; Collaborate with departments such as Dispatch, Sales, and Contracts; Ensure compliance with current tax legislation. REQUIREMENTS Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; Proven experience in billing; **Knowledge of:** Electronic invoice (NF-e) issuance; Shipping and return operations; CFOP, CST, and basic taxation. Experience with transportation and freight routines; Strong communication and negotiation skills; Experience with SAP (especially SAP Business One) is considered a plus.
