We are seeking a **Transport Coordinator** with leadership qualities, strategic vision, and strong analytical capabilities to manage logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, cost reduction, and on-time delivery. **Job Responsibilities** The professional will be responsible for: * Supervising route planning, loading, and dispatch activities to ensure operational efficiency; * Managing the departmental budget (P\&L), focusing on freight cost reduction and resource optimization; * Negotiating freight rate tables, sourcing new carriers, and monitoring partner performance (SLA); * Monitoring and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs), such as On\-Time Delivery (OTD), On\-Time In\-Full (OTIF), freight cost as a percentage of revenue, and damage rate; * Leading and developing the team by conducting training sessions, evaluating performance, and promoting continuous improvement; * Supporting logistics process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.
