Job Summary: We are seeking a committed Metalworker to perform metal maintenance and repairs on containers, including welding, painting, and structural assembly. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for organizing the warehouse, tools, and work materials. **Opportunity:** **GS Commercial Consulting** is conducting a recruitment process for the position of **Metalworker**, to be based at a company specializing in container leasing and maintenance. We seek a committed, organized professional with experience in metal maintenance and repairs, contributing to service quality and efficiency for our clients. **Responsibilities:** * Perform general maintenance on containers and other company products; * Carry out **welding, painting, repairs, and assembly** of metal structures; * Perform **lock, part, and component replacements** as needed; * Respond to maintenance requests directly at client sites; * Maintain **warehouse, tool, and work material organization**; * Assist, when necessary, with **product deliveries and pickups**, including loading and unloading; * Complete operational routines and submit **video records of performed activities**. **Requirements:** * **1–2 years of experience** in metalworking or metal maintenance; * Knowledge of **welding, painting, and metal structure maintenance**; * Completed elementary or high school education; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (categories AB); * Occasional availability for **travel to nearby cities**; * Organized, punctual profile with ability to follow established routines; * Courteous client interaction and adaptability to change. **Benefits:** * **Salary:** BRL 2,208.48 (minimum wage for the occupation in Balneário Camboriú); * **Hazard pay allowance**; * **Additional compensation for role accumulation**; * **Meal and Food Vouchers**; * **Life insurance**; * **Health support fund**; * **Annual salary adjustments per CLT legislation**; * **Performance-based bonuses** per company policy.
