You will serve as the right-hand support in implementing an efficiency-driven culture, acting as the link between diagnosis and operational routines. 1\. Pilot Store Execution: Conduct diagnostics and tests of new processes in pilot units, collecting data and generating performance reports (before vs. after). 2\. Standardization: Translate learnings into clear, replicable technical documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs). 3\. Expansion Support: Assist in implementing new standards across other units, ensuring local teams understand and adopt the improvements. 4\. Training and Capacity Building: Support the development and delivery of operational training. 5\. KPI Monitoring: Track KPIs for processes under your responsibility, alerting management to deviations and proposing corrective action plans. 6\.
