Here, we value teamwork, commitment, and continuous growth. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Planning, guiding, and distributing Maintenance Planning activities in accordance with established guidelines, goals, and programs; * Developing maintenance calendars and programs for preventive and predictive maintenance of the company’s mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and refrigeration equipment and machinery—reviewing the latest inspections, verifying maintenance team availability to perform services, and confirming machine release feasibility by production; recording all data in the system following standardized procedures to minimize interference with production processes while remaining within preventive maintenance limits; * Managing communication, implementation, execution, and monitoring of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs, as well as providing support and guidance for third-party service providers; * Liaising with suppliers to identify solutions for equipment defects and explore new technologies aimed at improving factory quality and productivity, through internal meetings or specific technical visits, and relaying relevant information to the procurement department; * Preparing maintenance schedules, communicating them to involved departments (production, procurement, maintenance, etc.), tracking execution and monitoring of preventive and predictive maintenance programs, as well as supporting and guiding third-party service providers; * Updating and maintaining industrial maintenance records, developing and analyzing performance indicators to monitor results; * Performing other duties as required and at the discretion of your immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Mechanical, mechatronics, or industrial maintenance technician—or equivalent**.** * Experience in programming and controlling predictive and preventive maintenance of equipment and machinery. * Proactivity in decision-making.
