Responsibilities and Duties Your main responsibilities will include: * Planning, guiding, and assigning Maintenance Planning activities according to established guidelines, goals, and programs; * Developing schedules and programs for preventive and predictive maintenance of the company's mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and refrigeration equipment and machinery, verifying the most recent inspections, service execution availability by the maintenance team, and machine release feasibility by production; recording all data in the system following standardized procedures to minimize interference with production processes while maintaining preventive maintenance standards; * Managing communication, implementation, execution, and monitoring of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs, as well as providing support and guidance for third-party services; * Liaising with suppliers to identify solutions for equipment defects and adopt new technologies that enhance quality and productivity within the manufacturing area, through internal meetings or specific technical visits, and relaying relevant information to the procurement department; * Preparing maintenance schedules, communicating them to involved departments (production, procurement, maintenance, etc.), tracking program execution and progress for preventive and predictive maintenance, as well as supporting and guiding third-party services; * Updating and maintaining industrial maintenance records and related information, developing and analyzing performance indicators to monitor results; * Performing other duties as required and at the discretion of your immediate supervisor. Requirements and Qualifications Requirements: * Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or related field; * Experience in programming and controlling predictive and preventive maintenance of equipment and machinery; * Proactivity in decision-making.
