Job Summary: Iceport is seeking a Logistics Assistant to manage operations, documentation, and anomaly handling in logistics processes. Key Highlights: 1. Review the requirements:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields); Experience with inventory control routines. * **Preferred Qualification:** * Experience in inventory control and handling anomalies in animal protein cargo. **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. **Responsibilities:** * Provide clients with information regarding logistics operations; * Handle anomalies/discrepancies in logistics processes; * Screen documentation for vehicle entry and exit; * Process billing for storage returns and coordinate inventory regularization with clients; * Manage sanitary documentation for animal-derived products.
