Job Summary: Responsible for performing finishing on parts, inspecting equipment, maintaining tools, and contributing to continuous improvement and workplace safety. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in improvement projects and act preventively Description: * Incomplete Elementary Education (Completed 5th grade of elementary level, with certificate). * Perform MPO (Machine Preventive Operation) on equipment, inspecting components daily and arranging corrective maintenance requests when necessary, ensuring the machine remains in full working condition to avoid rework and accidents; * Perform finishing on raw or pre\-machined parts using a disc grinder to remove defects (ribs, excess material, general burrs, minor adjustments, and welding), adhering to the FTA (Finishing Technical Sheet) or part markings, to ensure compliance with customer quality standards and achievement of departmental productivity indicators; * Maintain responsibility for assigned tools, using and storing them properly to preserve company assets and comply with the 5S philosophy. * Participate in improvement project execution, suggesting and contributing toward improving working conditions, productivity, and cost reduction, and acting preventively. * Comply with occupational safety regulations and integrated quality management procedures to ensure employees' physical integrity. * Adhere to organization and cleanliness standards established by the 5S philosophy. 2511200202481879644
