Description: * Incomplete Elementary Education (Completion of the 5th grade of elementary level, with Certificate). * Perform equipment MPO by inspecting components daily and requesting corrective maintenance when necessary, ensuring the machine remains fully operational, avoiding rework and accidents; * Finish raw or pre\-machined parts using a disc grinder to remove defects (ribs, excess feed, general burrs, minor adjustments, and welding), adhering to the FTA (Finishing Technical Sheet) or part markings, thereby ensuring compliance with customer quality standards and achieving area productivity indicators; * Maintain tools under one's responsibility, using and storing them properly to preserve company assets and comply with the 5S philosophy. * Participate in continuous improvement projects, suggesting and contributing toward improving working conditions, productivity, and cost reduction, and acting preventively. * Comply with occupational safety regulations and integrated quality management procedures to ensure employees' physical integrity. * Adhere to organization and cleanliness standards established by the 5S philosophy. 2511200202481879642
