Participate in improvement projects and act preventively Description: * Incomplete Elementary Education (Completed 5th grade of elementary level, with Certificate). * Perform equipment MPO, inspecting components daily and requesting corrective maintenance when necessary, to ensure the machine remains fully operational, avoiding rework and accidents; * Finish raw or pre\-machined parts using a disc grinder to remove defects from parts (ribs, excess material, general burrs, minor adjustments, and welding), adhering to the FTA (Finishing Technical Sheet) or part markings, to guarantee compliance with customer quality standards and achievement of area productivity indicators; * Safeguard tools under one's responsibility, using and storing them appropriately to preserve assets and comply with the 5S philosophy. * Participate in the implementation of improvement projects, suggesting and contributing toward improving working conditions, productivity, and cost reduction, and acting preventively. * Comply with occupational safety regulations and integrated quality management procedures to ensure the physical integrity of employees. * Adhere to the organization and cleanliness standards established by the 5S philosophy. 2511200202481879641
