Direct customer contact for support and negotiations \-About the position We are looking for an organized and responsible professional to handle e-commerce post-sales, ensuring all orders are processed correctly, on time, and without errors. This role is essential to the company's smooth operation — candidates must be comfortable with routine tasks, meticulous attention to detail, and taking initiative. \- Main responsibilities Order billing Payment verification Goods picking and verification Expedition organization Carrier coordination Shipping label and dispatch document generation Order status updates in the system Delivery tracking Support in resolving post-sales issues Customer contact for post-purchase matters (delivery timelines, shipping, adjustments, and general support) \-Requirements Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Agility and responsibility Proficiency with computers and systems Commitment to deadlines Ability to follow established processes Effective communication with customers (via WhatsApp and phone) \-Preferred qualifications Experience in e-commerce Experience in billing or logistics Basic knowledge of invoice issuance Salary: R$2\.400,00 \- R$2\.600,00 per month Benefits: * Grocery allowance Work location: On-site
