In this **Software Engineer Manager** role, you’ll join the **Autos 360** team, whose mission is to provide management solutions for professional clients in OLX’s Autos vertical — including vehicle inventory management, listing publication, lead management, and sales. **Day-to-day responsibilities include:** * Ensuring our engineering teams operate at high performance and maintain a clear technical vision, delivering quickly and with quality aligned to our business vision; * Ensuring definition and execution of a technical vision aligned with business needs; * Cultivating a team environment where developers feel ownership of the products they build and collaborate seamlessly; * Developing strategies to ensure strong team performance; * Empowering the team by supporting individual skill development for each member; * Ensuring clear communication across different teams; * Identifying potential team gaps and assisting in resolving them; * Demonstrating strong communication skills (active listening and clear expression); * Applying Agile methodologies daily; * Understanding team performance metrics. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What do you need?** * Background in Software Development; * Experience in People Management; * Strong knowledge and experience with Agile Methodologies; * Strategic Vision and Planning focused on business outcomes; * Pragmatic mindset with results orientation; * Experience in Digital Product/Internet companies is desirable; **Additional Information** **More about OLX Group:** Operating in Brazil since 2010, OLX Group’s purpose is to empower people to achieve their dreams by reinventing the consumption model.
