Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to serve as the guardian of our financial health, working strategically and operationally in cash flow management, accounts payable/receivable, billing, and performance reporting. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic and operational management of financial health. 2. Optimization of financial processes. 3. Work with income statements (DREs), dashboards, and KPIs for executive leadership. We seek someone to be the "guardian" of our financial health, acting both strategically and operationally: * **Cash Flow Management:** Monitor and forecast inflows and outflows to ensure operational liquidity. * **Accounts Payable and Receivable:** Execute the full cycle of payments, collections, and bank reconciliations. * **Billing and Taxes:** Issue fiscal invoices for products and services, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation. * **Performance Reporting:** Prepare income statements (DREs), dashboards, and financial KPIs to support executive decision-making. * **Banking Relationships:** Interface with financial institutions for account and investment management. * **Process Optimization:** Identify bottlenecks and propose automation initiatives within the finance department. **What We’re Looking For (Requirements):** * **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting Sciences, or related fields. * **Experience:** Solid hands-on experience in core finance operations (accounts payable/receivable and cash flow management). * **Analytical Mindset:** Ability to interpret numbers and understand the story they tell. * **Impeccable Organization:** Managing deadlines and documentation requires a structured, methodical work approach. **It Would Be Great If You Had (Preferred Qualifications):** * Experience with enterprise resource planning (**ERP**) systems (e.g., Totvs, Omie, Conta Azul, or similar). * Basic knowledge of data analysis or **Power BI**.
