In this role, you will have the opportunity to enhance your teamwork, cooperation, agility, and organizational skills. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Quality Control in Shipping \- Ensure drug compliance and integrity \- Verify items and product conditions \- Inventory Organization \- Arrange and manage physical placement of shipping materials \- Maintain organization of materials, boxes, items, etc. \- Packaging and Labeling \- Prepare packages with correct labels/invoices/documentation \- Verify ZIP code, address, and cross-check invoice vs. DANFE \- System Updates \- Record movements in the Control Spreadsheet system \- Enter shipment date, invoice number, and packaging responsible person to keep the spreadsheet up to date Requirements If you possess strong communication skills, personal organization, and proficiency in Excel, this position is for you! **Work Location: Santo Antônio de Lisboa - Florianópolis.** **Schedule: Availability to work Monday to Friday, 12 PM to 9 PM, and Saturday, 8 AM to 12 PM - 100% on-site.** Benefits Attendance Bonus: R$120.00/month - paid via Flash card; Meal/food allowance: R$30.00 per day (no 20% deduction); Fuel allowance: R$200.00/month or transportation voucher (no 6% deduction); Unimed health plan, effective after the sixth month (monthly premium covered by the company); SESC card (for you and your family to enjoy discounts on all SESC services nationwide); 50% discount at Cine Paradigma (same discount applies to companion); Work at Corporate Park — a beautiful, well-planned location fully integrated with nature; Birthday gift card via Flash for you to enjoy on your birthday; Birthday Day-Off to celebrate your special day; Uniodonto dental plan, with no co-payment and a fixed monthly payroll deduction of R$26.00; Health and Wellness Program (gyms, nutritionists, and psychological counseling).
