Job Summary: Assist in preparing breads and doughs, serving customers, and organizing the bakery department, adhering to quality and hygiene standards. Key Highlights: 1. Contribute to the organization, cleaning, and inventory control of the department. About Us GTOP comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. Under multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 6 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing breads, savory items, and doughs by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food, maintaining organized and visually appealing presentation, and packaging items per established standards—following production schedules and protocols—as well as serving and selling to customers, offering products and clarifying inquiries in accordance with rules, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and set targets. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Support store sales through strategic product display and provide personalized counter service to customers; when necessary, guide them on product types and derivatives; prepare, package, weigh, and deliver products to customers; Contribute to producing various products (related to the bakery’s product mix) by baking, frying, cutting, preparing, and packaging items, following production schedules and protocols, rules, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and set targets; Support efficient customer service by continuously restocking display counters and ensuring correct pricing per pre\-established rules and standards; Boost departmental sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and strong customer relationships; Help reduce losses by properly organizing displays according to FIFO (First Expired, First Out) and producing forecasted quantities per schedule, production protocols, and recipes; Monitor product appearance, expiration dates, and pricing, performing daily checks and removing damaged, expired, or unmarked products; Assist in receiving and transporting products, and prepare and store them in appropriate locations; Support inventory counts for stock assessments, controls, and audits; Maintain department organization and cleanliness—including equipment and utensils—by performing daily sanitation procedures and requesting equipment adjustments or maintenance as needed; Process customer payments at the bakery cash register when required; Support the integration and orientation of new employees whenever necessary; Assist in related activities as needed; Requirements **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary education Valid health card **Additional Information:** **Work Location:** Av.
