Being a Tax Assistant at RTT means being responsible for assisting and supporting the tax department’s routine activities, ensuring proper fulfillment of tax obligations, accurate tax calculations, and compliance with current legislation. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support calculation of direct and indirect taxes (ICMS, ISS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, and CSLL); * Classify products and services for tax purposes; * Validate tax data on documents, such as CFOP, CST, NCM, tax rates, and highlighted taxes; classify withholding taxes; * Support submission of ancillary tax obligations (SPED Fiscal, SPED Contributions, DCTF, EFD\-Reinf, among others); * Identify tax discrepancies and request appropriate corrections; * Assist with tax closing when required; * Organize and control tax documents; * Provide support to the team regarding document gathering for internal and external audits and inspections; * Stay updated on changes in tax legislation; * ERP system knowledge—especially Protheus—is considered a plus. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields—completed or in progress—is desirable; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Basic knowledge of tax documents and tax legislation; * Experience with Protheus/TOTVS or Sapiens systems is a plus. **Additional Information** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Meal allowance; * Flexible benefits; * Life insurance; * Christmas bonus; * Totalpass; * Birthday day off; * 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave (Citizen Company Program); * Growth opportunities aligned with your delivery pace.
