Opportunity for professional development OPEN POSITION – STAFF A high-end residential development located in Barra Sul, Balneário Camboriú, is seeking dedicated, discreet, and professionally poised individuals to join its operational team. Available Positions: * 01 position – 12x36 shift from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM * 01 position – 12x36 shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Job Description: * Conduct patrols in common areas * Ensure organization, maintenance, and standards of all environments * Provide courteous guidance to residents and visitors * Identify potential risks and notify responsible teams * Assist in maintaining the operational standards of the development Requirements: * Strong communication skills * Professional demeanor and discretion * Proactivity and attention to detail * Ability to work effectively in a team * Prior experience in condominium management, hospitality, customer service, or asset security is preferred Compensation and Benefits: * Salary + Meal allowance. * 12x36 shift schedule * Structured work environment and opportunity for professional development We seek professionals committed to excellence, organization, and high-standard service.
