We currently have an opening for an Industrial Process Analyst and are looking for professionals eager to learn, develop, and make a difference daily.

**Your main responsibilities:**
* Inspect production systems and processes, identifying bottlenecks or issues in production machinery.
* Implement improvements or new processes related to quality and products, monitoring daily production, controlling, testing, and updating parameters in the Product Technical Sheet that defines machine production parameters;
* Be responsible for issuing and ensuring the accuracy of content and procedures in product technical sheets;
* Monitor mold, equipment, and new machine try-outs, defining updated product technical sheets.
* Conduct and analyze tests on processes, products, molds, machines, and raw materials to identify optimal working conditions, cycle outcomes, and achieve defined part quality and/or ideal machine productivity, while documenting results and developing the process technical sheet.
* Approve or reject try-out process results, requesting mold or equipment improvements whenever necessary, and repeating or conducting new try-out tests.
* Analyze the operation of machines, molds, systems, or production processes, developing production process improvements, customizing modifications, seeking approvals, and executing/monitoring/guiding implementation.
* Perform tests using various types of raw materials, adapting the Technical Production File (FTP) to the newly adopted material type.
* Develop and deliver training for operators involved in the production process.
* Attend to customers or suppliers.
* Develop business plans.
