Here, we value teamwork, commitment, and continuous growth. **Your main responsibilities:** * Inspect production systems and processes, identifying bottlenecks or issues in production machinery. * Implement improvements or new processes related to quality and products, monitoring daily production, controlling, testing, and updating parameters in the Product Technical Sheet that defines machine production parameters; * Be responsible for issuing and ensuring the accuracy of content and procedures in product technical sheets; * Monitor mold, equipment, and new machine try-outs, defining updated product technical sheets. * Conduct and analyze tests on processes, products, molds, machines, and raw materials to identify optimal working conditions, cycle outcomes, and achieve defined part quality and/or ideal machine productivity, while documenting results and developing the process technical sheet. * Approve or reject try-out process results, requesting mold or equipment improvements whenever necessary, and repeating or conducting new try-out tests. * Analyze the operation of machines, molds, systems, or production processes, developing production process improvements, customizing modifications, seeking approvals, and executing/monitoring/guiding implementation. * Perform tests using various types of raw materials, adapting the Technical Production File (FTP) to the newly adopted material type. * Develop and deliver training for operators involved in the production process. * Attend to customers or suppliers. * Develop business plans. **What we expect from you:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Production Engineering or related fields * Protheus **What we offer:** * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR) * Attendance Bonus: R$ 750.00 monthly on the Alelo card (Elo brand – usable for purchases, bill payments anywhere, or cash withdrawal). * Bradesco Health Plan: 100% company-paid monthly premium for the employee. * Uniodonto Dental Plan: Also fully covered by the company; * Additional dental plan: SESI Odonto; * Life insurance; * Gympass (Wellhub): Discounted access to gyms and physical activities; * Educational partnership with SENAC and SENAI: Discounts on technical courses, undergraduate and postgraduate programs; * Partnership with AEMFLO: Discounts at retail stores, short courses, undergraduate and postgraduate programs; Partnership with Mercadão dos Óculos: Payroll deduction discount; * On-site cafeteria: Meals served at the facility; * Christmas bonus: Delivered annually to employees; * Leisure area: Game room and relaxation room for break times; Free parking: Covered parking for cars, motorcycles, and bicycle racks; * Transportation allowance with only a 6% payroll deduction (optional); * Motivational initiatives: Monthly birthday celebrations and other annual activities.
