**Behavioral Profile:** * **Attention to Detail and Compliance:** Meticulous and detail-oriented profile, essential for ensuring accurate fiscal bookkeeping and avoiding inconsistencies or penalties. * **Continuous Learning:** Interest in keeping up with changes in tax legislation, particularly at the state and federal levels. * **Organization and Deadline Management:** Discipline to manage the fiscal calendar and meet deadlines for filing obligations and tax payments. * **Analytical Reasoning:** Ability to interpret tax legislation and correctly apply it to company operations, especially in import and retail routines. * **Proactivity:** Initiative to learn new routines, support the development of fiscal processes, and identify potential improvements. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in fiscal bookkeeping and verification of incoming and outgoing fiscal invoices (Goods and Services). * Issue fiscal invoices for returns, exchanges, shipments for repair, bonuses, self-import entries, and other applicable operations. * Control, issue, and pay DIFAL tax forms. * Assist with other departmental requests. * Verify CFOP codes, CST codes, NCM codes, and tax rates. * Support ICMS, PIS, and COFINS calculations. * Support generation and verification of SPED Fiscal and EFD Contributions. **Mandatory Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences (completed or currently pursuing). * Basic knowledge of fiscal routines and tax legislation. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. **Desirable Requirements** * Experience with **importer** routines (knowledge of customs documents) and **retail**. * Familiarity with the Domínio system. * Experience in fiscal routines of companies under the **Real Profit** regime.
