We seek someone eager to grow with us, helping to structure and operate the e\-commerce platform from the ground up. **Responsibilities** * Structure and manage the online store (e\-commerce platform). * List and update products with photos and descriptions. * Manage orders: customer service, invoice issuance, packaging, and shipping. * Operate sales channels (website, marketplaces, and social media). * Support defining sales strategies and online campaigns. * Monitor performance reports and key metrics. **Requirements** * Prior experience in e\-commerce or digital sales. * Knowledge of e\-commerce platforms (Shopify, Nuvemshop, Tray, or similar). * Strong organizational skills to manage order flow and logistics. * Proactive profile, with a \\"hands-on\\" mindset and results orientation. **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with digital marketing, paid traffic, and social media. * Experience in product photography or basic image editing. **What We Offer** * **Position:** Mid-level E\-commerce Analyst * **Salary:** R$ 3\.200 – R$ 3\.800 (depending on experience) * **Benefits:** Transportation allowance \+ Meal/food allowance * **Work Model:** On-site (Itajaí/SC) * **Bonus:** Performance-based (e.g., percentage of online sales). **Why This Is Worthwhile?** This is an opportunity for those who want to build an e\-commerce platform from scratch and establish their brand.
