This person will be responsible for managing the **entire sales process**, from active prospecting to closing deals, acting strategically to generate new opportunities and expand the customer base. If you enjoy selling, negotiating, and have the energy to pursue new business every day, this opportunity is for you. **Work model:** On-site Key Responsibilities * Actively prospect new clients (outbound) * Manage and monitor the **sales pipeline** * Lead the full commercial cycle, from first contact to closing * Present the **payment gateway** solution and understand client needs * Conduct negotiations and close contracts * Identify strategic partnership opportunities * Reactivate inactive clients and opportunities * Record activities and information in the CRM What We’re Looking For * Sales experience, preferably in **B2B or the digital market** * **Hunter** profile, focused on generating new opportunities * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Proactivity, organization, and goal orientation * Proficiency with technology and digital tools * **Availability for on-site work** Requirements * **Personal computer or laptop for work** Preferred Qualifications * Experience with **payment gateways, fintechs, or payment methods** * Experience selling in the **digital market (infopreneurs, e-commerce, etc.)** * CRM experience Salary: R$3.000,00 + Commissions.
