**Working Hours:** 12x36 (11:00 AM to 11:00 PM\) 12x36 (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM\) 12x36 (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM\) **Location:** Hospital Unimed Litoral \- Balneário Camboriú/SC **Department:** Dispensary \- Pharmacy **Requirements:** Completed High School; Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite. **Job Mission:** Verify and conduct inventory counts, meeting demand from medical prescriptions and hospital material and medication requisitions. **Main Responsibilities:** 1\. Receive, release, and pick material and medication orders 2\. Pick material and medication requisitions from requesting departments 3\. Monitor medication expiration dates and appropriate storage temperatures 4\. Deliver supplies while maintaining inventory control (VP/SP) 5\. Record and restock procedure kits 6\. Conduct inventory and expiration date control counts 7\. Clean and organize inventory areas 8\. Inspect emergency carts and transport backpacks within the stipulated timeframe 9\. Process and deliver batches/prescriptions 10\. Verify and transfer orders between units 11\. Handle internal phone calls (extensions) 12\. Serve internal (door-to-door) and external customers according to department guidelines 13\. Monitor supplier deliveries 14\. Contact suppliers and/or external customers as required by the department 15\. Receive medical-hospital materials for surgical and outpatient procedures 16\. Report daily to immediate supervisor regarding pending items and/or non-conformities; **SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:** HIGH-COST ITEMS 17\. Assist in the authorization verification process 18\. Pick and dispatch authorized materials and medications to service providers 19\. Record materials and medications in the system, progress order fulfillment, and attach documents to the Electronic Document Management System (GED) 20\. Submit purchase requests 21\. Monitor and schedule patient discharge appointments 22\. Monitor messages received via WhatsApp and respond as needed Perform other related duties consistent with the responsibilities of your operational unit and the nature of your work, as directed by management.
