In Brazil, we are 47,000 talents building a purpose-driven future.** **Operational Unit Manager I (Facilities)** We are seeking a professional to manage a business unit in the Facilities segment, with a focus on operational excellence, quality, safety, and planning. It is essential to ensure process execution, contract compliance, and achievement of targets and budget, aligned with Sodexo’s values and guidelines. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise the process and completion of all services within your unit (CLEANING, LANDSCAPING, AND BUILDING MAINTENANCE), ensuring excellence in customer service while strictly adhering to contractual obligations; * Analyze and monitor all qualitative and quantitative results within your scope to optimize unit operations, enabling you to develop action plans, formulate strategies, and create and implement innovative initiatives that enhance unit performance and customer service; Be responsible for planning and creating your unit’s annual budget and ensure it is achieved—and even improved—throughout the year; Manage your team by applying HR policies, participating in recruitment, onboarding, and task assignment. Establish effective communication and promote technical, behavioral, health, and safety training. Keep your team engaged, up-to-date, and productive; **Key Requirements:** * Academic qualification: completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
