**Job Description:** The professional will work across various HR functions, with a focus on: \- Recruitment and Selection: Attracting and identifying talent, developing job profiles, and managing the entire selection process to ensure optimal alignment between candidates and the company. \- Interviews: Conducting individual and group interviews, applying appropriate techniques to assess competencies and cultural fit with the organization. \- Payroll Processing: Managing and verifying payroll-related information to ensure data accuracy and compliance with legal obligations, including tax and social security requirements. \- New Employee Training: Planning and implementing onboarding and training programs to facilitate new employees’ adaptation to organizational culture and their respective roles. \- Administration of Other HR Processes: Managing timekeeping systems and working hours, overseeing benefits (e.g., transportation allowance, meal vouchers), as well as scheduling occupational medical appointments and monitoring health examinations. **Requirements:** Requirements for the HR Analyst position: \- Prior experience in Human Resources, including recruitment and selection, training and development, and performance management. \- Commitment to punctuality and attendance, demonstrating responsibility and organization in daily tasks. \- Experience in the textile industry is considered an advantage, providing deeper insight into the specific needs and challenges of this sector. \- Residency near Passo Manso is a desirable criterion, facilitating daily commuting and availability to address urgent requests.
