Technical support to the sales team with demonstrations The company is seeking a 3D Printer Technical Assistant in Itajaí (Ressacada). **Responsibilities:** Provide technical support for 3D printers (filament and resin), including diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs. Assist customers after purchase by clarifying doubts and advising on configurations, materials, slicing, and correct machine operation. Perform test prints for customers, machine validations, and commercial demonstrations. Produce parts, prototypes, and various materials for internal testing, material validation, and marketing/social media content. Support the sales team with technical tests, samples, and practical demonstrations. Attend to customers via WhatsApp, email, and in person at the company. Conduct on-site testing and warranty repairs of machines.
