Direct support to engineers and site supervisors Our client is a real estate development company seeking a professional to serve as a Construction Warehouse Manager. **Responsibilities:** Receive, inspect, and store materials according to invoices and purchase orders. Record invoices in the company's system. Monitor material inflow and outflow from inventory. Submit purchase requests and material orders according to construction site requirements. Track delivery deadlines with suppliers. Conduct periodic inventory audits and maintain minimum stock levels. Organize the warehouse, ensuring proper identification and storage. Manage distribution of PPE to employees. Support engineers and site supervisors in controlling inputs and costs. **Requirements:** Completed high school, technical diploma, or bachelor's degree in Logistics or related fields; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Familiarity with Sienge system is a plus; Experience as a warehouse manager in civil construction. Experience in invoice processing and administrative routines. Basic knowledge of procurement processes. Fundamental understanding of inventory control.
