Job Summary: As a Toll Operator, you will be responsible for manually collecting toll fees, assisting users on automatic lanes, and signaling vehicles to ensure traffic flow and safety. More than just vehicles travel our roads—we connect people and energize cargo transportation across some of the country’s most important economic corridors. **Responsibilities and Duties** As a **TOLL OPERATOR**, your responsibilities include: Manually collecting toll fees according to vehicle categories by identifying, classifying, and serving users to collect the applicable toll fee; Assisting users traveling through automatic lanes in restricted passage situations—verifying cases such as electronic device reading failures for compliant vehicles, blocked electronic devices, or absence of electronic devices—while maintaining radio communication with the toll plaza control center. Providing vehicle signaling on both manual and automatic lanes by signaling lane openings and closures when necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** **It is important that you have:** Completed High School; Availability for shift work and flexible hours.
