Ensure a memorable customer experience **Bar Manager / Bartender** We are looking for a creative, organized, and hospitality-passionate **Bar Manager / Bartender** to lead operations at our bar. This person will be responsible not only for cocktail execution but also for menu creation, team management, and ensuring a memorable experience for customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Create, develop, and update the cocktail menu (classic and original) * Maintain quality standards, presentation, and consistency of cocktails * Manage and train the bar team * Monitor inventory, supplies, and costs (COGS) * Develop technical specifications and standardization documents * Collaborate with dining room and kitchen teams for pairings and integrated experiences * Track industry trends and propose bar innovations * Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a bartender or bar manager * Technical knowledge of classic and contemporary mixology * Creative mindset with attention to detail * Leadership and team management skills * Process organization and control abilities * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in signature bars or high-end restaurants * Courses or certifications in mixology * Knowledge of advanced mixology, fermentations, or modern techniques * Experience managing costs and performance indicators Compensation: Up to R$4.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
