Application of customer service and hospitality procedures Responsible for operating the system and performing cash register opening and closing procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform cash register opening, operation, and closing, ensuring verification of amounts and data integrity; * Process payments and issue fiscal receipts; * Assist in verifying order slips and reconciling consumption with waiters and dining room supervisors; * Control cancellations, reversals, and inconsistencies, always with authorization per internal policy; * Maintain clear communication with the customer service supervisor regarding any discrepancies or incidents; * Safeguard financial information security by strictly adhering to internal protocols; * Apply customer service and hospitality procedures defined by the company culture. **Additional Information:** **Salary:** R$ 3\.500,00 \+ Cash Handling Allowance. **Benefits:** On-site meals \+ Transportation allowance via Caju mobility card. **Employment Type:** CLT **Work Schedule:** Rotating 6x1 shift **Work Location:** Lido di Mare **Address:** Av.
