Job Summary: The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, providing friendly and professional customer service, organizing the bar, managing inventory, and complying with hygiene standards, working within the commercial area. Contribute suggestions and help create new drinks The **Bartender** will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, as well as providing friendly and professional customer service. They will also maintain bar organization, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with hygiene standards. They will be part of the team, working in the commercial area. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and serve cocktails, classic drinks, and original creations, as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages; * Provide counter and/or table service with friendliness, efficiency, and professionalism; * Organize and sanitize the bar, utensils, and equipment; * Monitor beverage and supply inventory, checking expiration dates and restocking as needed; * Process requisitions and assist with inventory audits; * Follow presentation standards, recipes, and portioning guidelines; * Comply with food safety regulations and good hygiene practices; * Contribute suggestions and help create new drinks. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; * Basic knowledge of proper beverage handling practices. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance; * Flexible benefits card; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Psychofaz (mental health support); * PEX (annual performance-based bonus); * Study grant; * SESC membership; * Cine CN (cinema benefit); * Birthday Day Off.
