The professional will be responsible for managing procurement processes, commercial negotiations, contract management, and supplier development, ensuring quality and efficiency.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Execute procurement processes for materials, equipment, and services in accordance with internal company policies.
* Conduct commercial negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, delivery timelines, quality, and payment terms.
* Draft, analyze, and manage preventive and corrective maintenance contracts (facilities, equipment, systems, etc.).
* Monitor contract expirations, price adjustments, renewals, and service provider performance indicators.
* Execute procurement for construction projects and residential developments (infrastructure materials, supplies, technical and specialized services).
* Develop and qualify suppliers, ensuring compliance with documentation, tax, and technical requirements.
* Request and analyze quotations; evaluate technical and commercial proposals.
* Issue purchase orders and track fulfillment through delivery/service execution.
* Ensure adherence to agreed timelines and conditions.
* Collaborate with technical departments (engineering, maintenance, finance, legal) to align requirements and contracts.
* Support internal and external audits by maintaining organized documentation and process traceability.
* Prepare management reports, savings metrics, and supplier performance indicators.
* Basic proficiency in reading project drawings and descriptive specifications is a plus.
* Experience in supplier document analysis (certificates, tax compliance, corporate bylaws).
* Experience in negotiation and management of maintenance contracts.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed undergraduate degree
* Experience in procurement, preferably within civil construction, infrastructure, facility management, or industrial sectors.
* Experience with ERP systems (TOTVS preferred)
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

**Working Hours:**
Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48, with a one-hour break.
