Job Summary: This position is responsible for studying and implementing systems in accordance with business rules, analyzing system performance, and delivering system architectures that support business areas. Coordination, development, and implementation of system projects. Initially named Auerbach & Werner, it resulted from the combination of the surnames of its German-origin owners: engineer Paul Werner and blacksmith Ernst Auerbach. The company expanded and incorporated steel into its production line, changing its name to Electro Aço Altona in 1933. Thus, the first steel foundry in Santa Catarina—and one of the first in Brazil—was born.
