Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Export Analyst to join our team, responsible for various essential activities in the export process and ensuring compliance with regulations. The professional will be responsible for various essential activities in the export process, including: \- Proficiency in the I\-Broker system and its accurate data entry;\- Preparation and verification of Bill of Lading (BL) drafts;\- Issuance of Certificates of Origin (CO);\- Confirmation and tracking of shipments;\- Sending follow\-ups to customers and partners;\- Closing processes and performing complete document verification;\- Issuance of Single Export Declarations (DUE);\- Issuance of Export Licenses (LPCO);\- Tracking shipments from booking receipt to actual shipment execution;\- Booking requests to shipping lines;\- Full proficiency in the Siscomex Portal, focusing on issuing export documents such as Invoice, Packing List, and certifications.
