Beyond routine operational involvement within a solid corporate group We are seeking a **Technical Manager** to lead the implementation of a new boilermaking operation belonging to an established group with over 35 years in the market. This is a strategic role ideal for professionals aiming to go beyond routine operations and actively participate in structuring the technical department, with full autonomy to define processes, teams, and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** Planning and monitoring inspections at all manufacturing stages Verifying dimensional conformity per technical drawings Approving critical production stages Quality management, including inspection reports and non-conformance documentation Ensuring material and process traceability Technical interface with customers and suppliers Organizing technical documentation and manufacturing dossiers Structuring operational processes, team, and technical standards **Mandatory Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or Production Engineering Certification as Level 2 Welding Inspector (ABENDI, ASNT, or CWI) Certification in Non-Destructive Testing – Liquid Penetrant (LP Level 2\) Solid experience in boilermaking, welding, and industrial manufacturing Knowledge of ASME, AWS standards and process inspection Experience managing technical teams and quality functions **Preferred Qualifications** Experience with pressure vessels, heat exchangers, or heavy steel structures Experience in naval, offshore, or industrial piping industries Experience in launching or structuring operations **Behavioral Competencies** Leadership and team development Decision-making and strategic vision Assertive communication and negotiation skills Organization and proactivity **What We Offer** Salary: R$ 16\.000 \+ benefits Meal allowance Health insurance Life insurance Education assistance Birthday day off Employment type: CLT \| 44 hours/week To expedite your application, please send your resume and the name of the position you are interested in directly via WhatsApp to 47 99281\-7065 Compensation: R$16\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Free parking * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
