We are expanding and looking for talents to further strengthen our team. **Description:** Plan, execute, and monitor procurement processes for materials and services, ensuring the best cost\-benefit ratio, quality, and delivery time in accordance with company needs and defined strategies. **Responsibilities:** * Manage purchasing and contracting demands of the department, meeting goals (cost, delivery time, and quality); * Carry out purchasing and contracting processes for items and services, focusing on administrative demands, mainly supporting commercial and marketing areas; * Prospect new suppliers and research emerging market trends, aiming at innovations and improved cost\-benefit for application in company products; * Work in a dynamic environment, with potential future involvement in construction-related demands due to the company's expansion plan; * Strategically negotiate using negotiation techniques; * Manage procurement procedures together with managers from involved departments, ensuring quality, organization, and integrity of purchased materials and acquired services; * Analyze and pre-approve physical supplier contracts, as well as amendments, guarantees, and termination terms, prior to signing by responsible parties; * Periodically visit Viva Park to monitor demands, provide support in urgent situations, and plan upcoming purchases and contracts. **Required Qualifications:** * High school diploma or pursuing a degree in Business Administration/Engineering; * Proven experience in the role within the Civil Construction sector; * Preferred: knowledge of Sienge, Jira, and SharePoint systems.
