Verify contractual supply conditions and product warranty terms. Coordinate internally regarding field non-conformities, preparing assessment and correction scopes. Create service orders, purchase requisitions, and sales orders. Manage documentation for integration of WEG contractors and supervisors mobilized to field sites. Perform follow-up on processes and activities with the factory, shipping, logistics, and field teams. Assist in identifying root causes of deviations. Carry out various activities related to the company’s internship program schedule. Assist in diverse studies and projects according to your area of expertise (products, processes, quality, internal and external customers).
