Job Summary: Responsible for participating in the wire manufacturing process, operating the transposition machine, and performing similar tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and adaptability Responsible for participating in the wire manufacturing process, performing tasks such as operating the transposition machine and other similar activities. **Responsibilities and Duties** Operate the transposition machine. Load the machine with enameled wire using a hoist to move spools. Thread wires through guides up to the transposition head. Prepare the transposition head. Prepare encapsulation heads by installing them with paper tape, Nomex tape, or Cordex tape. Identify finished wire spools using a specific card per operational standards, completing it with information from the operation note. Prepare and adjust the welding machine according to operational standard procedures. Prepare empty spools for winding, installing dividers if necessary. Interconnect wires for in-line testing. Monitor cable winding, ensuring uniform placement of transposed wire on the spool. Remove empty spools from the machine and scrap leftovers. Rewind finished wires, dividing quantities into batches as specified in the production order. Read and interpret standards, procedures, specifications, drawings, measuring instruments, and general instructions regarding assigned tasks. Perform self-inspection for each operation/task, observing established quality parameters, inspection frequency, and expected results as described in operational standards, evaluating them visually and/or using measuring equipment, recording results when necessary. Perform cleaning and maintenance of machines, equipment, and/or workplace to ensure optimal functionality and usability.
