Work collaboratively to maintain a safe and healthy environment This position is for the Rede Top store located in the Fortaleza neighborhood \- Blumenau About Us GTOP comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for a highly motivated Store Security Officer capable of ensuring the safety and peace of mind of our customers while they shop. **Responsibilities:** Monitor the store’s interior environment and detect suspicious behaviors; Prevent theft and losses by identifying potential threats and ensuring the safety of our customers; Conduct store patrols; Handle conflict situations and ensure the safety of our team and customers; Work collaboratively to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our employees and customers. **Required Competencies:** Excellent observational skills; Ability to handle conflict situations diplomatically; Capacity to work collaboratively and lead preventive actions; Prior experience in security or as a store security officer is an advantage; Full-time availability.
