Experience in controller processes **Your Responsibilities:** * Monitor and provide support for optimal software usage; * Create and track service tickets; * Understand and analyze issues related to customers and software; * Conduct meetings via meeting tools; **Requirements to Apply:** * Experience in controller processes (revenues, expenses, variable costs, accounting and financial statements, etc.). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of database systems, SQL language, and system infrastructure is a plus. * Customer support experience is a plus. * Knowledge of managerial accounting, budget planning, and business management. * Experience with electronic spreadsheets for validation (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables).
