Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related fields; Desirable: MBA/Postgraduate degree in Information Technology and/or related areas; Relevant experience with infrastructure and networks. Specific/Technical Knowledge (Hard Skills) Network Protocols: Proficiency in protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, DNS, and DHCP; Network Infrastructure: Configuration and management of LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN networks; Network Security: Advanced knowledge of firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and cyber threat mitigation; Monitoring and Diagnostics: Use of tools such as Zabbix and Grafana for network monitoring and diagnostics; Equipment and Operating System Administration: Configuration of switches and routers, and administration of Windows Server; Cybersecurity: Implementation of security policies, incident response, and compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and LGPD; Projects and Continuous Improvement: Management of network projects using agile methodologies and ITIL; Technical Documentation: Creation and maintenance of detailed documentation, network diagrams, and network flowcharts. On a day-to-day basis, you will: * Design and implement complex network solutions—such as LANs, WANs, VPNs, and wireless networks—to meet the specific needs of each business unit. * Configure, integrate, and optimize network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls) in distributed and heterogeneous environments, ensuring high availability and scalability. * Manage network deployment and improvement projects, defining scope, schedule, and required resources, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met. * Monitor progress of network projects, ensuring delivery of solutions aligned with the organization’s strategic goals. * Continuously monitor the network infrastructure, proactively identifying and resolving connectivity and performance issues. * Manage and optimize the operation of network devices and services, adjusting configurations and sizing resources as needed. * Conduct periodic network audits to identify improvements and apply corrections that ensure infrastructure performance and security. * Implement and manage robust security policies—including firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS/IPS), and access controls—to protect the network against cyber threats. * Perform penetration testing and regular vulnerability assessments, implementing improvements and mitigating security risks. * Ensure compliance with information security regulations and standards. * Provide senior-level technical support to internal teams and users, resolving complex issues related to network connectivity and performance. * Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation of the network infrastructure, ensuring IT teams have access to necessary information for support and maintenance. * Track emerging trends in networking technologies—such as SD-WAN, IoT, and cloud-based solutions—and propose and implement innovations to optimize infrastructure and increase operational efficiency. * Evaluate new technologies and conduct tests to identify opportunities for network improvement and modernization. 2512210202551374259
