**Job Description:** **Neighborhood: Downtown** **Working Hours:** 08:00 to 17:48, Monday through Friday. **Your Responsibilities Will Include:** * Administer Windows and Linux servers in on\-premises datacenters, ensuring stability and performance. * Manage and maintain directory and identity services: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO. * Configure, administer, and monitor network resources: TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and corporate firewalls. * Work with switches, routers, and enterprise Wi\-Fi infrastructure. * Administer virtualized environments using VMware and Hyper\-V, including managing virtual machines, snapshots, clusters, and high availability. * Ensure environment security, including access control, corporate antivirus policies, and critical patch management. * Monitor and respond to vulnerabilities, actively participating in incident and problem management. * Use backup, monitoring, and performance analysis tools such as Veeam, Zabbix, and Grafana. * Follow ITIL processes: incidents, changes, problems, and configurations. * Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures for the infrastructure. **Requirements to Apply:** * Solid experience in Windows and Linux server administration. * Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO. * Proficiency in networking and protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN, and firewalls). * Proven experience with virtualization technologies (VMware and Hyper\-V). * Practical experience monitoring and resolving critical infrastructure incidents. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Experience with Veeam, Zabbix, and Grafana. * Knowledge of information security management frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, LGPD). * Ability to create, review, and document technical processes clearly and systematically. **What the Company Offers:** * Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance or Parking; * Unimed Health Insurance; * Childcare Assistance; * Life Insurance; * Corporate Education Center; * Partnerships with Educational Institutions; * Trust Grocery Program; * Birthday Day Off; * Oea Saúde.
