Develop and implement cost control systems Description: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Proven experience in Controller's Office, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), and Budgeting; * Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel or Google Sheets); * Experience with integrated enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems; * Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar); * Strong analytical ability, strategic mindset, and proactive attitude; * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Controller's Office, Corporate Finance, or Financial Management is considered a plus. * Structure the Controller's Office by defining processes, policies, and control systems; * Lead execution of the annual budget (Budget) and financial forecasts (Forecast), monitoring performance and analyzing variances between planned and actual results; * Critically analyze financial and operational results to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities; * Develop and implement cost calculation and control systems, providing accurate information for product pricing and expense management; * Define, implement, and monitor financial and operational key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with the company's strategic objectives; * Map business processes and propose improvements to internal controls to ensure compliance and mitigate risks; * Support other departments as a business partner by delivering analyses and insights to inform strategic decision-making; * Prepare management reports for the Executive Board, presenting analyses, results, and recommendations; * Actively participate in budget planning and performance review meetings, contributing to continuous improvement of corporate performance. 2511190202461821404
