With a **team of talented professionals driven by discipline, commitment, and determination**, we have achieved outstanding results and consolidated our presence in the port sector, always focusing on efficiency and innovation. **Join our team** and help us build a story of success, growth, and transformation! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Receive, analyze, and consolidate information through maintenance reports, charts, and indicators; * Monitor equipment performance and maintenance team productivity; * Track procurement processes, including requests, quotations, approvals, acquisitions, and delivery of materials and services; * Consolidate maintenance process indicators and reports; * Participate in meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items; * Support planning and scheduling of maintenance activities; * Calculate and control maintenance service backlog; * Develop performance controls and indicators to support routine management; * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards; * Identify and report workplace hazards; * Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and the company’s environmental performance; * Support compliance with organizational policies and management systems. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: * Technical course in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related fields; * Bachelor’s degree in Maintenance, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields (pursuing or completed) is desirable. Experience: * Minimum 3 years of experience in operational maintenance environments, M&R, or facility management is desirable.
